Fees and Financial Policies
Registration Fees:
Registration fees and material fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Receipt of these fees confirms your decision to enroll your child ad insures a place in the school for your child for the current school year.
Tuition Payments:
Tuition may be paid weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, but always in advance. Tuition is due on Monday of each week, and no later than Tuesday. A $5.00 per day late fee will be applied to payments received after Tuesday. A place I the school will not be held when tuition payments are one week or more late. After the third time of late payment, your child’s place will be held on a conditional basis and can be terminated at any given time. After a six month period your payment record will be reviewed, and if its in good standard the conditional status will be removed. If you have continued to pay late, your contract will be terminated. If you are having financial difficulties, please inform us and together we could work out a solution.
Vacation and Sick Leave: All weeks are due in full. There is an allowance for time off consisting of two weeks a year. These two weeks could be used for sick leave or vacation time. This is the only time allowed off during the school year. The school term consists of the time registered to June for children of Pre-k 4, and of 12 months for the children 3 and under. Each child is enrolled for the entire school year. Two weeks prior notice or two weeks tuition is required for mid-term withdrawal.
Absences:
Tuition for all absences, including those cause by illnesses, are payable and due in full. If your child is absent two consecutive weeks without pay or notice, your child’s place will not be held and you will be billed for the two weeks. For your child to return to school registration and material fees must be paid again if space is available.
Returned Checks:
We will not re-deposit checks. The amount will be re-charged to your account along with a $20.00 returned check fee. The total amount of your account must be cleared in cash within two working days. After the third returned check on the same account, we will no longer accept any checks for payment on that account. Only cash payments will be accepted or money order.
